.blip blip. Whos there?

It's http://blip.fm/seducedbylight

I know it's an social-overkill and that we are nauseated by the swarming social media networks by now. Holding a myriad of accounts and checking them thru' the day proves that your boss might have hired the wrong person.

Still, it's hard to resist this one for music seekers. It's twitter. It's last.fm. It's your twitter app to be your own dj. It's blip.fm

Search a song. Add your thoughts. Blip it. Added to your playlist. And linked to your twitter account. Idiot proof. (Try to find out if you are one.)

It's old news. I just find catching up to the 276th social media network can be fairly tedious. I mean, I've got a real life, you know.

.music almighty.

Nokia's "Music Almighty" site developed in conjunction with Firstborn, turns visitors into headphone-sporting, lip-synching star. You can be a blingbling, pinkpopper, animal rocker or even a philharmaniac.

It's not the first. Japan Sony Walkman has done "Rec U", which got them a gold in interactive campaigns @ Cannes. Not to mention seeing your old-self in 2 minutes, after a MMS responding to a interactive bus shelter ad (AMF PENSION/ SWEDEN). Lip synching and face-mapping is definitely not new. It's an old technique sold into urban context - where the mass is rewarded with instant gratification. And some chuckles.

I look fugly, but its funny. Try it

(You won't look any better.)
